Joint Study Program Global Studies on Management and Information Science

The Master’s Program Global Studies on Management and Information Science (GLOMIS) is offered as a Joint Study Program with Pai Chai University (South Korea) and Chungbuk National University (South Korea). The program imparts the knowledge and skills that enable students to design complex information processes and systems in an international and intercultural context. The language of instruction and examination is English.

Students spend the first academic year at their home university and the third at one of the two partner institutions. The focus of the different locations ranges from business administration, information science to computer science and business informatics. The guiding principles of the program are interdisciplinarity, internationality and interculturality.

The stay abroad not only serves to acquire interdisciplinary professional skills, but also enables students to get to know the cultural customs, history and language of South Korea. In addition, the experience of other cultural and social conditions promotes skills such as problem-solving skills, intercultural communication skills and social skills.
