Fields of Study at the School of Business, Economics and Social Sciences

More and more students decide – also because of the attractive fields of study – to start their career at the School of Business, Economics and Social Sciences. At the moment there are more than 7,500 students registered at the School of Business, Economics and Social Sciences – approximately 4,500 students in the field of Business Administration.

Doctoral Program

The doctoral program at the School of Business, Economics and Social Sciences has a scientific orientation and is supposed to contribute to the advancement of science via independent research. Further, training researchers and scientists to be critical and able to lead a factual discourse as well as to think in an integrated way are main goals for the School of Business, Economics and Social Sciences. In the doctoral program, students can place their emphasis on either Business Administration, Economics, Sociology or Business Education. The doctoral program strives for an excellent education (also according to international criteria) that should attract national and international students.
