Summer University SOWI
The School of Business, Economics and Social Sciences is offering the Summer University SOWI again this year!
As part of the Summer University SOWI, selected courses are additionally offered during the summer months. This allows students to use the time off from classes to complete courses before the start of the winter semester.
Courses Offered (assigned to the Summer Semester 2023):
- 322.246 Public Finance VU
- 355.104 Mathematics for Business Administration UE
- 355.108 Statistics UE
Dates:
The courses will be held in the last two weeks of August and the first two weeks of September (August 21 to September 8, 2023). The exact course times will be announced in UNIGRAZonline. In addition, the same conditions apply for courses held during the Summer University SOWI as for courses held during the semester.

Allocation of Places: Friday, July 28, 2023
A maximum of two courses can be taken.
Attention: Students who can only register for a course examination by committee, must submit the form “Registration for Examination by Committee” to the Student Services Center via email to sowi.services(at)uni-graz.at during the registration period in order to effectively register for the course in question. Subsequently submitted forms cannot be considered in the allocation of places.
The places in the courses are allocated according to SOWI 1.
