The Supplementary Program Leadership – Acting responsibly in Society and Business serves to acquire central competences and thus pursues the goal of enabling students to develop action competences for their professional career. In doing so, the opportunity is to be offered to acquire interdisciplinary, work-related and personal skills which, in addition to the students’ knowledge of content, also shape their values and ability to act. In addition to the development of professional skills, special attention is also paid to the development of social and personal skills as well as methodological skills.
