There are a few administrative procedures and deadlines to consider before you can hold your degree certificate and graduation notice in your hands. We have summarized them for you here.
To have your degree certificate issued, please submit the degree form as well as the UHSTAT2 confirmation by e-mail to the Student Services Center.
Please note that according to legal regulations, the issuance of the degree certificate can take up to four weeks and registration for the graduation ceremony is only possible with the certificate.
The degree certificate will be digitally signed by the responsible Vice/Dean of Studies and emailed to you by the Student Services Center (to the student email account assigned to you by the University of Graz only).
As soon as the academic degree is displayed in the “Student File” in UNIGRAZonline, please contact the Academic Affairs Office. There your study program will be closed and you will receive your letter of the bachelor's, master’s or doctoral degree.
Please refer to the information provided by the Academic Affairs Office to pick up your letter of conferment.
Registration for the graduation ceremony takes place exclusively in the Academic Affairs Office. You can find all information as well as the current dates on the website of the Academic Affairs Office (under “School of Business, Economics and Social Sciences “).
Duplicates can be requested by application (form “Application”) at the Student Services Center. An official notice of loss must be enclosed.
